I have 6 years’ experience in customer service and sales. I have also worked as a call center agent and sales support at Vodacom Tanzania for two years and Customer care agent for more than two years at Mobisol Tanzania, later on I was promoted as a Customer care Quality Assurance officer. And currently I work at Wassha Inc as a Customer service agent for Coastal zone. My previously jobs and current job gave me the experiences to interact with customer from different background and culture.
